Manage aspects and cadence for On-Time Renewals, Customer Retention, Lost PSA Management, 180-Day Process Compliance, 180-Day Process Cadence, Backlog Preparation and Meetings, PSA Change Orders, Service Delivery Plans (SDP), Asset Alignment, Entitlements, Relationship Delivery Plan (RDP) Management, Will Advise Invoicing, PSA Invoice Credits, Upselling (Connected Controls, Connected Chillers, etc.), Negotiating (T&Cs, Payment Terms, etc.) and New PSA Management. The HVAC Service Contract Specialist will manage, track and provide direct support for Planned Service Agreements (PSAs) renewal process and contract health / backlog reviews; collaborate to assess PSA performance, adjust leading and lagging financial metrics and augment customer loyalty program; and work with Service Managers to resolve customer disputes.
