Organization is a key skill as you manage a pipeline of new customers through the onboarding process - efficiently consulting on a variety of topics that may require training, sharing expert advice, troubleshooting, researching or collaborating with the restaurant to drive adoption, value, and retention. This includes onboarding new clients on our Y4R product suite (Guest Manager, Connect/Upgrade Package, and Ads), addressing their specific needs and goals, and retaining a 6 month book of business.
