Prior work experience must include two (2) years with Master’s degree or five (5) years with Bachelor’s degree with the following: analyzing financial markets with respect to investment banking’s key trends, competitors, products, and regulations; utilizing financial data sources including Capital IQ and EIKON to fulfill various client deliverables including market updates and evaluation of potential M&A transactions and capital market transactions including equity and bond offerings; analyzing regulatory filings, including 8Ks, 10Ks, and proxies, and Wall Street analyst research reports; coordinating with teams across divisions to provide financial advice to companies on complex financial transactions; project management, including demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced team, while developing junior staff and juggling competing priorities; and using various Windows desktop applications, including Word, PowerPoint and particularly Excel; including formula and analytical tools including sensitivity tables, regressions, and charts to develop financial models and complex presentations related to various topics including business strategy and corporate finance. Perform deep-dive valuation and other financial analyses (including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout (LBO), merger consequences, comparable companies, and precedent transactions) during buy-side or sell-side M&A or financing processes (e.g., impact of issuing equity, debt, or repurchasing shares) to present to corporates, financial sponsors, and private clients.
