The Accounting Manager is responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records and reports, performing account reconciliations, leading the budget process, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, and completing month/year end close process, and conducting internal audits to ensure compliance and accuracy. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual’s skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs.
