Complete social history interviews with new residents, complete necessary assessments required for reimbursement, assist new residents and families with the transition on admission, assist with resolution to resident and family grievences should one arise, assist with the discharge process, assist with and occassionally coordinate activities for residents, answer the telephone, provide directions to visiting providers and guests, assist with mailings, complete basic clerical tasks, participate in employee engagement event planning and assist the Administration with other duties assigned. The desired applicant shoud have excellent customer service, strong communication skills, at least two years experience working in a care setting or similar related experience.
