The Manager will oversee all aspects of community operations and effectively manage and coordinate team members, activities, and available resources in order to accomplish community objectives as set forth by the Regional/District Property Manager (“RM/DM”), Executive Leadership and the Company. Manages day-to-day operations of the community, including but not limited to rent collection, lease management and coordinating maintenance and landscaping as well as ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws, landlord tenant law, fair housing law, as well as company policies and procedures.
