In addition to the above general assignments, the administrative aide is expected to perform the following duties: General responsibilities such as answering the phone, telecommunication services, distribution of department mail, IT service requests, Computer System Access Requests, maintaining departmental organization charts and training coordination. Job functions include document typing (internal memorandum, transmittals, conference reports, etc.), filing, scheduling meetings, domestic travel arrangements/expense reports, basic correspondence, formal correspondence with NAVSEA, and general office duties.
