Supports the organization and maintenance of marketing materials and data used by marketing staff to develop proposals and presentations (qualifications materials, staff resumes, boilerplate materials, archived files, etc.) With supervision, gathers qualification/proposal development support, including leading pre-qualification efforts, compiling and checking information, completing forms and reports for marketing purposes, writing/editing proposal content, and assisting in the proposal close-out process. What You’ll Do: Performs a variety of tasks which may be specific to a particular functional area of activity such as preparing reports, tracking and evaluating results, coordinating program developments, answering the phone, receiving messages, transmitting information, making copies, editing documents, handling routine inquires and making appointments.
