Marketing and creative expertise: Establish and maintain best practices in: the development and implementation of communications flows for admissions, advancement and other campus partners; the management and assessment of digital marketing and other paid media campaigns; the implementation and evaluation of SEO strategy and content development on the Earlham and Earlham School of Religion websites; the management of Earlham’s social media channels; and occasional internal communications initiatives. Work with colleagues in Admission, Advancement, Student Life, Academic Affairs, Athletics, and the Earlham School of Religion to identify opportunities for growth and synergy, build and execute divisional plans that reflect institutional priorities, and ensure that work is effective, on-budget and timely.
