Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Human Factors in Information Design, Information, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, Computer Science or a closely-related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a User Experience Designer (or related occupation) performing UX design. Demonstrated expertise conducting user research and usability assessments, including gathering user requirements, conducting heuristic evaluations, and interpreting and analyzing user feedback using UX methods -- surveys, A/B testing, and affinization; and performing qualitative and quantitative usability testing.
