The Senior Business Analyst shall play a role in understanding customer business operations, understand operation pain points, providing business value through suggesting application features, eliciting requirements, creating process workflows, managing the Product Backlog, validating requirements, and working with the development team and testing team to ensure the team understands the Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria. Additionally the Senior Business Analyst shall demonstrate advance knowledge with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and hold strong writing skills to help deliver weekly and monthly reports, release documentation, and monthly deliverables as well as hold strong communication skills to be the point of contact between our customers and the team.
