Work with the President and the sales team to establish sales objectives through customer communications, forecasting and development of an annual sales plan for the territories and the company, and establish, maintain, and manage selling prices by monitoring profitability, costs, and the competitive environment. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing existing accounts, prospecting for new customers, quoting new opportunities and increasing sales volumes and profitability in the SW United States (AZ, CA, NM, NV).
