Some of the specific functions and requirements include: Manage, build, promote and increase a positive awareness of UHC loan programs by developing and delivering presentations both internally and externally, assisting with onsite trainings and providing loan officer and realtor training and education, as well as attend and participate in regular events, lunch & learns, trade shows, homebuyer fairs, etc. that bring awareness of Utah Housing loan programs. Develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships with a diverse group of individuals including Utah Housing staff, lenders, other real estate professionals, and vendors providing excellent customer service.
