Support enterprise deal-flow process, including but not limited to, (1) supporting the deal origination process in helping identify and evaluate potential physician practices partnerships, M&A activity (2) managing the due diligence process on potential targets, including financial, operational, legal, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure thorough assessments of potential targets (3) conduct financial analysis, including modeling to assess financial viability, particularly in partnership/management fee models . Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, balancing multiple projects and timelines .
