Account Executive will handle strategic planning alongside the Producer and with out of the office client engagement; Demonstrated experience leading a large, complex book and team members like Account Managers and Account Associates; Control over the marketing process with strong underwriting relationships and excellent negotiating skills; Walk alongside a client through the whole life cycle of the account, from onboarding to renewal. Responsibilities: Retention, service, account development, and product/service presentation directly to the insured; Capture and develop revenue (up-selling and cross selling as needed); Mentor and train Account Managers and CSRs; Partner with claims, risk management, and marketing.
