In reporting to the Senior Director of Creative & Trend, you will curate, inspire and influence design, category management, channel merchants, and marketing by leading the annual and seasonal trend-right creative direction that combines trend analysis, cultural foresight, and consumer insight to meet the category needs and overall Crocs brand creative direction. Be a resource for Design, Innovation, Category & Channel teams throughout the seasonal process, helping to provide perspective, translate insights to product, and support with inspiring creative assets as needed.
