A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Policy Administration or Education Administration, Early Childhood Education, or a related field and six years of experience at upper or middle management levels in a governmental agency or private enterprise, at least two years of which must have included work with some aspect of the Head Start program or a program serving a similar constituency. The Associate Vice President, Head Start and Early Childhood Programs will act in a supervisory capacity in the absence of the Vice President, Head Start and Early Childhood Programs.
