The Director will recruit, train, and supervise undergraduate peer consultants and embedded peer fellows attached to communication-intensive courses; teach an experiential (https://oxford.emory.edu/academics/resources\_support/gep.html) tutor-preparation course; develop and assess OWCC goals and programming; consider and implement ways to enhance diversity, inclusion, and belonging among students who work in and use the OWCC; oversee OWCC operations and student employment budget; and collaborate with related units. In addition to teaching and administrative work, successful candidates will be committed to ongoing scholarship, preferably with the potential to involve or mentor students in undergraduate research, as well as service to the Writing and Communication Program (https://oxford.emory.edu/academics/writing-and-communication-program.html) , General Education Program (https://oxford.emory.edu/catalog/academics/gep-requirements.html) , and beyond.
