Develop learning products (courses, videos, widgets, podcasts, job-aids, or other products the vendor might want to suggest to CDC) and related materials based on sound instructional design methodology, adult learning theory, and innovative application of instructional technology in accordance with HHS and CDC Section 508 guidelines, responsive design guidance, CDC subject matter experts and/or content developers, and CDC guidance. Assist the CDC program content developers to ensure accurate understanding of CDC’s services, which include accreditation of educational activities, online learning systems (Training and Continuing Education Online and CDC TRAIN), and promotion of training through CDC Learning Connection, to help them consider these services early in the training development process.
