Requirements and Qualifications High School diploma or certified equivalency – preference for a Bachelor’s degree At least 5 years of experience in a role supporting academic and/or administrative functions within a university Demonstrated experience providing executive level support and managing day-to-day financial operations - e.g., reimbursements, purchasing, reconciliations Superior organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and prioritize Professional, service-oriented demeanor, and discerning sense of judgment, taste, and tact Excellent interpersonal skills in coordination and communication with constituents, including executive-level administrators, faculty, students, and staff Commitment to coordinating meetings and processes in an organized and professional manner Collaborative work style and desire to join a cohesive team A growth mind-set and the ability to assess and evaluate procedures, events, or meetings and to recommend improvements and changes Experience using scheduling, database, word processing, and office applications – e.g., including Google Suite, Microsoft, Zoom, and Box Availability as needed to travel and evening/weekend hours Cover letter and resume required for consideration.
