This individual will be responsible for a wide array of HR functions including but not limited to payroll preparation and processing, onboarding and offboarding processes, service award program, and providing support for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Learning Management System (LMS) and learning and development initiatives. Maintains and delivers a comprehensive new team member orientation program, including scheduling, logistics, and facilitating orientation classes, providing new team members with information about policies, procedures, and an exceptional team member experience.
