What You Will Get To Do: Gain an understanding of the North American public sector market and clients’ requirements across all accounts Assist the sales team with creation of major account engagement plans Engage in quotidian customer interaction activities and build strong relationships as a trusted advisor Creating and delivering demos, POCs/POVs/POTs and other sales support engagements; manage projects to mutually agreeable scopes and timelines Demonstrate the Blue Prism value proposition and key differentiation factors for public sector customers Work with the other Blue Prism teams to ensure client requirements can be met from a functional, technical and delivery viewpoint Work with sales team to ensure key influencers are on board and best practices are being positioned early in the sales cycle Engage and enable partner solution engineer and other technical delivery resources Deliver product demonstrations, lead POC/POT evaluations, assist with pilot initiatives, manage RFX/technical questionnaire responses, conduct competitive analyses and participate in marketing events Respond to customer and partner inquiries relating to technical and delivery aspects of Blue Prism Stay abreast of updates to the Blue Prism product suite, the competitive landscape and related technology in general Travel up to 50% of the time What You Will Bring: 5+ years of strong experience in an enterprise software sales environment with proven Solution Engineering success Demonstrated ability and success in developing relationships at all levels of customers’ organizations, from RPA developer to the agency leadership level Ability to understand and articulate the Blue Prism value proposition at all levels, from both a business and technical perspective Demonstrable energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to paint a vision; put a story around the Blue Prism proposition and articulate where it fits into the customer scenario Willing to serve as trusted advisor Ability to build long-term relationships, both internally within the team and externally with clients and partners Technical knowledge of enterprise applications; useful additional skills include RPA, IA, OCR/ICR/HCR, AI/ML, BI, BPM, ETL, RDMBS, SDLC, network security, virtualization, enterprise architecture and software installation and cloud technology Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology a plus Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and proactively seek out supplemental resources needed to complete projects Ability to work independently Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
