AT&T has an opening for a Senior Network Performance Engineer who will be responsible for monitoring the WPS probe program in support of achieving performance targets, including: day to day program management, RCATSONE Dragonfly and Infovista TEMS Sense remote test probe configuration and management, data integrity measurement and monitoring program to ensure accuracy and completeness of key performance indicators; develop cross functional responsibility matrices, processes, tools, and tool specifications in support of these programs; perform end to end root cause analysis of failure conditions; summarize, prepare, and present the status, results, and key findings of these programs at a detailed engineering level and in high level executive readouts. As a member of the NS/EP program management team, this individual will assist in managing/leading/coordinating with other partner organizations (i.e., Labs and Mobility) responsible for providing support for AT&T's GETS/WPS wireline and wireless Priority Services (PS 2) contract in addition to the being responsible for the WPS probe program.
