Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required· 8+ years of overall related experience along with 3 years of direct report management of regular full-time employees· Experience in Sales Management and knowledge of National Accounts· Sales experience into national big box retailers is required· In depth process knowledge to manage National Accounts effectively and efficiently· Ability to lead others through change and can manage through resistance· Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment· Analytical approach in identifying opportunities· Strong negotiation skills· Proven experience in managing, motivating, and training a sales team· This position works remotely from a home office located near a major metropolitan city/airport and requires overnight travel to support our National Account partners· Ability to travel up to 50% nationwide· Individual must possess a clean valid state driver's license to obtain the position . Attain monthly sales revenue and quota· Work across teams/departments to maximize synergies within the organization, manage group deadlines, goals, and budgets· Lead, manage, motivate, and support each team member to help them achieve their respective monthly quotas· Develop and implement programs to drive sales and increase market share· Define strategies to increase sales with key decision makers in assigned accountsMain Qualifications.
