Research and recommend welfare benefit plan changes, additions, or new options, while determining the needs of employees, comparing new and proposed plans, and assessing the financial, legal, and tax effects of these proposals. Serve as Plan Administrator for the employee welfare and cafeteria plans and fringe benefit programs including, but not limited to, medical, health waiver, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, and long-term disability.
