Partner and Managing Director (Fiocchi Group, LLC, Miami, FL): Manage, train and grow Fiocchi Group Miami staff with the goal of taking on more projects; Independently manage companywide cashflow across multiple projects as well as reviewing and supervising project specific cashflow provided by team to ensure all business expenses and accounting covers costs; Solely compile and present monthly payment requests and billing directly the clients (35%); Independently manage at least one high end residential home construction project in the role of Project Manager ground up build on and off site in the value of $20M +, whilst overseeing one/two other projects being managed by another site specific management team; Fully responsible for all decisions regarding hiring, payroll coordination, salary setting, bonus distribution, training, and management of all Fiocchi Group Miami staff; Supervise and oversee subcontractor/vendor management and step in to resolve disputes or conflict; Review all contractors prior to being issued and oversee all negotiations; Create and track company schedule to ensure overlap of past/future projects doesn’t create lapses in work or over-commitment; Oversee and review multiple project schedules to ensure specific projects schedules are accurate and attainable and present to clients; Understand and review reports and date produced by Procore Accounting software, Microsoft Project, FastTrack, AutoCad, BIM Modeling, Bluebeam and Sketchup (50%); Estimate new projects using Buildsoft and Procore >$10M including bid leveling and completed a detailed Bill of Quantity scope of work for submission to the client directly without supervision (12%); Coordinate with all consultants for City of Miami, DERM, Army Corps, Florida Environmental Protection Agency, Turtle Code and Miami Dade code compliance; and Receive approvals from structural engineers, environmental lawyers, architects of record, lighting designers, electrical/plumbing/mechanical/civil/aquatic engineers, interior designers and end user clients (4%). In order to complete the above-mentioned tasks, the following skills and experience are required: Experience using Bluebeam to measure, take off, compare bids and put together a full project estimate; Knowledge of Procore and all functions of this software to manage submittals and specification sheets for material ordering; Experience using mathematics, statistics and data analysis in projects and builds; Report writing, strategic planning skills, and analytical skills; Familiarity with analyzing requirement data to develop material and cost estimates for large projects; Experience with analytic tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers; Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints including the proficient use of Auto CAD; Understanding of building compliance and safety regulations with OSHA; Knowledge of the best HR practices; and Knowledge of accounting procedures including making financial projections and cashflow analysis using Excel.
