CHC owns, manages and consults with hospitals through three distinct organizations — CHC Hospitals, CHC Consulting and CHC Continue Care, which share a common purpose of preserving and protecting community hospitals. S/he appraises the organization's financial position and issues periodic financial and operating reports; directs the hospital system's financial planning, revenue cycle, payroll, and accounting practices; oversees and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, purchasing, real estate and insurance.
