Implement, direct and monitor internal financial controls, including controls for utility billing, cash receipting, payroll, fixed assets, special assessments, capital projects and construction contracts; oversees the collection and disbursement of company funds; monitor and ensure the compliance of all policies and local, state and federal laws and regulations. Responsibilities: -Direct the daily financial administration including: develop, execute, and manage the annual budget; manage investments; reconcile monthly bank statements; prepare various financial statements; perform short-term and long-term financial analysis and planning.
