This includes, but is not limited to, processing and auditing retiree return-to-work (RTW) notifications and reports, determining the need for suspension and reactivation of benefits, informing and presenting to retiree and employer groups the applicability and complexity of the RTW laws and the effect(s) on the retirees’ benefits, and processing employer charges for RTW audits and other various overpayments.
