Responsible for ensuring that all physicians and personnel have adequate knowledge of and adhere to Owensboro Health Medical Group (OHMG) and Owensboro Health policies, procedures, and protocols as well as state regulations, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), physician and staff licensure requirements and other regulatory compliance policies. Assists with hiring, orienting, training, directing, developing, mentoring, scheduling, evaluating, and terminating clinical and office staff as required to ensure efficient and effective office work flow, according to Owensboro Health policy.
