Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Observe and provide feedback to leaders on how they can be more effective in communicating priorities, setting expectations, providing resources, removing barriers to success, giving feedback (both good and bad), recognizing great performance and holding employees accountable when their performance is not meeting expectations.
