The Director, Human Capital Management is reporting to the VP of Human Capital Management, the position will support the design, development, and implementation of a future state enterprise services business model for Human Capital Management by interacting with cross-functional corporate, hospital and clinic executives to understand business requirements, identify policy and process impacts and change management needs. Identify opportunities for automation, system integration, and data analytics to enhance process efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities and assist with change management efforts related to the implementation of the future state shared services operating model to ensure smooth adoption and acceptance of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
