Under the general supervision of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resource Generalist performs human resources-related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, talent management, talent acquisition, benefits administration, worker’s compensation, employee wellness and retirement programs. Training and ExperienceMinimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in human resources as a generalist, specialist, or manager.
