To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to accomplish each of the below duties satisfactorily:Lead and manage Human Resources personnel functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, leaves and worker’s comp management, legal compliance, contract management, data management, employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and Title IX. Serve as a Deputy Title IX Coordinator, attend monthly, annual and external Title IX training, assist with investigations, provide policy and compliance oversight related to employee Title IX matters, collaborate with the Title IX Coordinator, and perform related duties as assigned.
