Develop a corporate-wide plan and schedule for talent development across the organization, including the full range of skills (technical, project management, leadership, public speaking, IT/software engineering) and full range of methods (luncheon training sessions, external courses, certifications, on-the-job training, coaching), as well as the recommended audience for various types of activities (e.g., all staff versus research staff only). In this role, you will report to the Human Resources Manager, and will work closely with many different stakeholders to compile, refresh, and ensure delivery of substantial existing training and development collateral, while also helping us identify training needs and build internally-focused training.
