Under the direction of the Vice President of Administration, the HR Manager supports all business areas with multi-function Human resource responsibilities including but not limited to; developing policy, directing and coordinating human resources activities, employment, compensation, benefits, training, compliance, employee services and administration. Communicate with colleagues, managers, and benefit providers to provide information, assistance and resolution regarding employment, payroll, Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA), short-term disability (STD), workers’ compensation, benefits, employee relations, and terminations, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
