Communicates regularly with AdventHealth system leadership, key campus administrators, service line administrators, AdventHealth Medical Group management, operations directors, and recruitment personnel regarding the status and direction of candidates and opportunities, as well as practice leaders or office managers regarding strategies. Assists the CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, service line Vice Presidents, Directors, Assistant Directors, and/or the Physician Strategy team with the development of a specific recruiting plan for each of the campuses or specialty institutes within AdventHealth’s geographic service area.
