Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to full cycle recruitment, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Process bi-weekly payroll for exempt and nonexempt employees by reviewing, approving, and reconciling payroll data for timely and accurate payment- including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
