Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in human resources, business administration or related field, and two (2) years jobspecific experience; OR High school diploma, or its equivalent, and six (6) years of experience in related field; OR any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. The Human Resources Director manages and coordinates the day-to-day operations of Human Resources activities for agency and subsidiary companies including employee recruiting, hiring/separations, classification, compensation, benefits and records, grievances, training, surveys and analysis, risk management functions, and compliance with employment laws.
