You will provide clerical support to our rental fleet department, including coordinating the entry and exit of vehicles in rental fleet, coordinate the movement of vehicles between locations , maintain records of car movements, car registrations and other new/used car paperwork , license plates , stickers and car keys, process invoices, answer phones and communicat e with internal and external parties.
