The Recruiter II is responsible for coordinating and executing the full cycle recruitment of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs including developing and implementing creative recruiting strategies; candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, relocating, and recommending appropriate salaries. Develop sourcing strategies and networks using various methods such as the Associate referral programs, mentoring programs, Internet resources, advertising resources, professional associations, schools, alumni programs, networking, external referrals, diversity resources, etc.
