This job will have the following responsibilities:Human Resources administrationExecute all areas of HR functions including compensation, benefits and leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale as well as training and developmentOversee HR Team in multiple facilities for the execution of department initiativesUpdate and administer HR policies and programs to meet company’s changing needsFacilitate documentation associated with HR policies and practicesRecruit, interview and assist in the hiring of job applicantsOnboard new employees and conduct new hire orientations. Qualifications & Requirements:8-10 years of experience in manufacturingBroad employee relations experienceUnderstanding of Federal, State, and Local employment lawsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources Administration, Business or related fieldPHR Certification or similar preferred.
