The applicant must have professional experience with: (1) Developing and validating control algorithms for software library functions in compliance with IEC61131 and IEC61499 based software programming languages such as Structured Text, C#, C++; (2) Designing prototype control system applications using IEC61131 and IEC61499 specifications to demonstrate specified business value for the products; (3) Evaluating control system stability, their improvements, failsafe mechanisms; (4) Validating and troubleshooting the prototype control applications on software and multiple hardware platforms to comply with the proof-of-concept requirements and enhanced functionality demonstration; (5) SharePoint, virtualization environments such as Hyper-V VM, Docker, or SQL; and (6) Network security setup and compliance to cybersecurity during application development. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field and 3 years of professional work experience as a Design Engineer, System Integration Engineer or related in an Industrial controls and Automation environment.
