Duties:End-user support for the following: Windows, Desktop applications including Microsoft’s MS365 applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and several Enterprise ApplicationsAdministration responsibility for systems such as secure password repository, document management system, intranet platformEnd user training experience and skills and experienceEnd user software installation and configuration as neededMonitoring and responding to user support requests and tracking within an IT ticketing system Collaborating with others in IT to support projects and escalated support issuesIdentification of process improvement opportunitiesAssisting with efforts to document IT processes and procedures Occasional light hardware and networking support as needed Off hours support as scheduled and as neededOther IT related tasks as assignedRequired Skills and Experience:Education or certification in an IT related disciplineMS365 office application expertise and experience supporting end users. Superb troubleshooting skills in a complex computing environmentSQL familiarity and experience a plus Scripting language experience is a plusFamiliarity with common IT protocols such as: HTTP/S, SMB, print services, terminal services, Active Directory, TCP/IP
