Provide support for mapping/geo-referencing and data visualization and analysis, in accordance with USAID data management policies, including: Developing map products, including interactive and analytical maps to support USG policy and programmatic decision-making on humanitarian issues; Procuring commercial maps and those produced by partners; Disseminating maps in a variety of media and formats to customers within and outside the Agency, including USG staff, the humanitarian donor community, implementing partners, and the general public; Providing technical assistance on a variety of geographic information efforts; Providing visualizations (For example, complex datasets and relationships, multimedia visualizations, and animations); Providing pattern analysis and time-series data studies; Providing related training as required; and. Customer Service: Handles customer questions and complaints, communicates with customers, handles service problems politely and efficiently, always available for customers, follows procedure to solve customer problems, understands company products and services, maintains pleasant and professional image .
