Responsibilities:Core Responsibilities Work to develop and manage internal relationships Learn program processes for assigned area of responsibility (e.g., leak survey, curb valve inspection, public awareness, atmospheric corrosion, regulator change/data entry, priority and designated valves, cathodic protection, integrity management, etc.) With guidance from management, identify and assign work to field resources based on established guidelines Ensure compliance with deadlines associated with the various assigned programs of responsibility Identify and communicate potential problems with information systems, processes or compliance deadlines to management as needed Research and report errors in company database applications (e.g., CCS, ArcGIS-ESRI, ARM, etc.) Maintain accurate records for assigned programs that can sustain audit reviews Assist in the preparation of periodic statistical reports Process various daily reports as directed by management Assist the department/section in the completion of paperwork for various compliance activities Review documentation of paperwork for accuracy and completeness (e.g., reports, timesheets, pipeline construction packets, etc.); Communicate documentation issues to responsible parties for correction Learn applicable database systems as required for the position (e.g., CCS, related work management systems, ArcGIS-ESRI, Oracle IPM, MIMS/MyWorld, ABB FieldWorker/Ventyx-Service Suite, Gas Outage and Management reports, Distribution Operations Web reporting, RP 1162, DigTix, Pipeline Compliance System, etc.) Learn processes and perform tasks associated with other company functions (e.g., material ordering, invoice processing, financial reporting, timekeeping, etc.) Handle incoming telephone calls and be responsible for answering inquiries from customer, contract resources, and other company employees Learn federal and state pipeline safety regulations and company procedure requirements for the inspection programs that the department/section performs with specific focus on the individual area of responsibility Communicate clearly and professionally to other members of the department/section regarding errors and corrective measures Other duties as assigned by management. One year of experience in analyzing and resolving data inquires or problem resolution is required; Applicant must be able to demonstrate experience and use of multiple database applications; Applicant must be able to analyze data and perform investigations with multiple systems (e.g., databases, geographic information systems, etc.); Effective communication and organizational skills are required; Applicant must demonstrate a history of accuracy and timeliness in maintaining multiple assigned duties; Applicant possess a working knowledge of MS Office with proficient knowledge and experience with MS Excel; Applicant must be able to identify potential problems and communicate issues effectively to improve processes and/or documentation; Applicant can work effectively with limited assistance and moderate supervision.
