but they would love someone who has some electrical experience as well dealing with low to high voltage and PLCs They are looking for techs that understand how components act together to make a machine work, how to troubleshoot them when the machine stops working, and how to fix anything that comes their way whether mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, ect. If you dont have experience in manufacturing specifically but you have worked on troubleshooting and repairing chillers, HVAC, Boilers, Air compressors, etc. then they would still be interested in speaking with you.
