Responsible for developing and maintaining high customer satisfaction and growing our footprint within manufacturer partner organizations by: Preparing, planning, and executing Quarterly Business Reviews with Top 25 / Exclusive manufacturing partners to review strategic pipeline, marketing, channel, analytics and insights to deepen the relationship and grow the revenue. This role is also responsible for participating in cross-functional initiatives, providing subject matter expertise with strategic business partners, partnering with groups across PSaS to build value added solutions for manufacturer partners, and providing a differentiated level of launch excellence.
