The Account Executive is responsible for interacting with customers and prospects on an executive level and acting as an extension of the client; selling new services, understanding and communicating agreed upon expectations to all teams, and increasing the market share of business by providing service that meets and exceeds customer expectations, commitment to customer goals, and introducing/selling/implementing services. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions.
