This position will interact with every function in the firm working together to combine the firm’s strategic and business plans with key objectives: building awareness, driving new business, adding client value, supporting M&A activities, and partnering with recruiting and requires extensive experience in one or more professional services organizations (accounting firm, law firm, financial services, etc.). This role will serve as a crucial part of shaping and guiding Aldrich’s growth and success and will lead by planning, developing, implementing, and overseeing the marketing strategy, communications initiatives, and direction in alignment with Aldrich's strategic goals.
